Perishable Goods: Due to the perishable nature of the product, returns are generally not accepted.

Refund Requirements: To request a refund, you must provide sufficient evidence, including a video recording of unboxing the product.

Refund Process:

• Shopee and Lazada: Refunds for orders placed on these platforms will be handled directly by the respective platforms according to their policies.

We certify that all our frozen beef products are Halal-certified.
